Refund Policy

You can cancel anytime from your billing page, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Cancelling does not cut your plan off early. You keep everything you have paid for until the period you have already been charged for comes to an end.

If a payment fails, we'll email you and may pause your access until it's resolved.

If you are charged and not satisfied, contact hello@wellpraised.com within 14 days of the charge for a full refund of that payment.

We refund to the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few business days to appear.

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, and its terms apply to the payment.

Your receipt comes from Creem, and refunds include any taxes you paid.

Your 30-day pilot is free. We'll contact you about payment before it ends. You can cancel anytime before it ends without being charged.

The trial end date is shown on your billing page.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll fix it quickly.
