Terms of Service

Short, readable rules for using WellPraised.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and WellPraised. By creating an account, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using WellPraised

WellPraised helps you ask your customers for reviews by WhatsApp and SMS, and shows you the results in a dashboard.

Your responsibilities

Only add customers who agreed to be contacted, and keep the opt-out we include in every message.

Never offer rewards, discounts or gifts in exchange for a review.

Never ask anyone to write a fake review, and never write reviews on behalf of a customer.

Follow Google's review policies and the laws of your country, including data protection and marketing rules.

Free trial and billing

Your first 30 days are free and no card is needed to start.

If you continue, the Starter plan costs 149 USD per month, charged on day 31 and every 30 days after that.

We email you three days before the trial ends.

You can cancel from your billing page in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not use WellPraised to send spam or messages to people who did not agree to be contacted.

Do not try to manipulate ratings, remove reviews from a platform, or misrepresent our service.

Do not resell or copy the service without our written permission.

Our service

We work hard to keep WellPraised available and messages delivered, but delivery depends on WhatsApp, mobile networks and Google.

We cannot promise a particular number of reviews or a particular rating. Reviews belong to your customers and to the platform they post on.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event.

We are not liable for lost profit, lost customers or reputational loss.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from your billing page.

We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are heard by the courts of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a significant change takes effect.
